Racing Cats
For those out there who are lucky enough to share their home with at least one (hopefully adopted from a local shelter) cat, you probably know about cat racing. Its guaranteed if you have more than one. At various times, usually when those with two feet are sleeping, ripping through the mostly quiet house becomes an Olympic sport. From stealthy silent padding to thundering gallops the often quiet felines take on Clydesdale characteristics. In our house the flag drops at somewhere between 4:00AM and 5:30AM. In other words, "when all through the house not a creature was stirring not even a..." STOP!! hold it insert "mouse-chasing fur faced cat-breath smelling adorable litter box artists we call Yukon and Frodo." I just wish they could read, so they would know its too early, its just too early.
